
Blue Shield of California
This project covered the 2023 AEP campaign for Blue Shield of California, built in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with multiple versions in both English and Spanish. I implemented the emails using SFMC content blocks and AMPscript, structuring the templates to support dynamic messaging while keeping the layouts consistent across languages and audiences. The work focused on making the campaign flexible for marketing while still maintaining strict control over branding and layout.
On the technical side, I designed the templates to handle conditional content, language switching, and reusable components without duplicating code. I tested the builds across major email clients to ensure reliable rendering and predictable fallbacks, especially for image and text-heavy sections. The final result was a scalable campaign setup that made it easy to manage variations while keeping production and QA overhead low.
