Dynamic Email, AT&T and CBS Sports​

This project focused on building a fully dynamic, production ready marketing email for AT&T announcing the return of CBS Sports and Smithsonian content. I handled the full lifecycle, from layout and responsive behavior to data driven personalization and performance tuning.

 

The template supported dynamic body copy, mobile image swaps, and solid fallbacks across major email clients, with accessibility covered through proper alt text and clear content hierarchy while staying aligned to AT&T’s brand.

On the technical side, the email was optimized for fast load times and reliable inbox placement by managing image size, compression, and image to text balance. It was tested across major clients and devices and structured to plug cleanly into AT&T’s dynamic content pipeline, resulting in a flexible, reusable template that balanced performance, accessibility, and deliverability.
