T-Mobile Campaign Management & Tracking


Provided SQL-driven campaign operations support for T-Mobile's email marketing programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Developed custom SQL queries in Query Studio to analyze and track multi-day treatment campaigns, enabling marketers to verify audience counts, identify duplicate sends, and validate segmentation logic before deployment.

 

Built queries to count distinct treatment audiences across day-of, 30-day, and 90-day follow-up journeys, helping marketing teams make data-informed decisions on campaign timing and audience targeting. Performed QA through SQL analysis to prevent duplicate sends and ensure proper customer journey assignment, directly supporting marketers with actionable data insights that improved campaign accuracy and protected deliverability performance across T-Mobile's customer communication programs.
