As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect for Emory Healthcare, I coded sql automations, created journeys, and coded emails. The email below is an event communications for Emory Healthcare's Winship Cancer Institute events. Designed and coded dynamic responsive registration and reminder emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and built the supporting Journey Builder logic for confirmations and timed reminders.

 

I implemented dynamic header imagery that automatically switches between Winship Cancer Institute and standard Emory Healthcare branding based on event type, along with data-driven personalization to ensure attendees received accurate session details and consistent, correct branding across all sends.
