Instructor up-sell email

This project was an instructor-focused upsell email for YogaGlo, designed to introduce users to teachers they were most likely to enjoy. The first section featured an animated module that rotated through instructor profiles, while the rest of the template supported highlighting individual teachers with clear calls to action. I worked alongside a machine learning engineer who handled the recommendation logic, and my role was to turn those outputs into a dynamic, production-ready email experience.

On the technical side, I built the template with responsive, email-safe HTML and CSS and wired it to consume instructor recommendations from an internal endpoint. I tested the build across major email clients to ensure the animation, layout, and fallbacks behaved predictably on both desktop and mobile.
