T-Mobile HINT Campaign
 

I was a campaign manager for T-Mobile’s 5G Home Internet offering - a coordinated six-touch sequence across email and SMS. The campaign was sent to over a million recipients nationwide and was designed to move prospects through awareness, eligibility confirmation, and activation messaging over several weeks.

 

I acted as the liaison between business stakeholders, marketing, and technical teams, helping translate business requirements into executable campaign logic and keeping timelines, dependencies, and scope aligned across groups.
 

Beyond coordination, I was closely involved in shaping the overall flow of the program, including message sequencing, timing between touches, and how different channels were orchestrated together.

  • Email Journeys and Cadence:

    • Designed structured email journeys (e.g., T1–T6), balancing engagement frequency with customer experience.

    • Aligned messaging and timing with customer lifecycle stages to maximize impact.

  • Campaign Strategy:

    • Contributed to crafting strategic messaging for email and SMS touchpoints to drive engagement and conversions.

    • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns met broader marketing objectives.

  • Data Pipelines:

    • Oversaw data flow from multiple sources into SFMC, ensuring accurate segmentation and personalization.

    • Managed tools like Control-M to monitor and maintain pipeline integrity for seamless campaign execution.

  • KPI Tracking and Optimization:

    • Monitored key metrics like delivery rate, bounce rate, and engagement to measure campaign success.

    • Used performance data to refine future strategies and improve ROI.
